I am a qualified Holistic Massage Therapist (ITEC Level 3) and Reflexologist (ITEC Level 3)
For almost 15 years I worked as a dental nurse and radiographer, and then moved into Practice Management.
I was looking for a career change. I knew I wanted to work with, and help people. I started working as a receptionist at East Cliff Physiotherapy Centre whilst I decided what to do next.
Here I was inspired and encouraged to train as a Massage Therapist, allowing me to keep working whilst training and eventually setting up my own business.
I have gone on to train in Reflexology, Facial reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Therapy and Sports massage.
My aim is to provide a service that really benefits your day to day living. Whether that is to assist keeping your body tissues in a healthy state in between sporting activities, or for general relaxation and health.
Some people come to me with specific aches and pains, others, to relax and unwind. Either way, massage and reflexology are wonderful ways to bring some peace and harmony your mind, and balance to your body..
In my home in Ferndown (close to the Angel Inn at Longham) I have a dedicated treatment room in a safe and tranquil environment.
